Photographs  

We reserve the right to crop and enhance photographs submitted to us, to ensure they are of the highest quality and compatible with our guidelines.

 

Messages

Any messages or emails sent through to the Harmony Leisure Group maybe scanned by us to check that the service is not being abused. If we find a message from you which we consider an abuse of the service, we may suspend or delete your account.

  

If you find an offensive or disturbing profile or message, please let us know. We reserve the right to determine what action is necessary.

 

We will automatically delete messages from the system after a pre-defined length of time. This is normally around 70 days may be shorter or longer.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

We provide the service to you from the moment you purchase it. Because of this, we cannot offer a cancellation or “cooling off” period. This is in accordance with the UK consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

 

We strive to provide a top quality service to you at all times, but if we have in some way not delivered the services we promise to you in these terms, we are very happy to consider a refund. Please see our complaints procedure.

The Service

As a member your fee covers you for marketing, advertising and profiling you on our online brochure and when other members are interested in your profile, you will be contacted by our booking office to check your availability for the booking.

 

Data Protection

Your membership details and the content of any messages you send are private and are properly protected. However the information you give in your profile is deemed to be in the public domain. Therefore if you are not happy with your details being made public, do not post a profile on the harmonyleisuregroup.com website.

 

Credit Card Security

Our online payment system is powered, overseen and controlled by one of the largest European Bank. Your credit card details are not passed to us. We do not recharge your credit card when you subscription expires. Should you encounter any problems, we have a formal complaints procedure which ensures your issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.
